- Abstract
The article offers information on the brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of a 12-year-old boy with Gardner syndrome, who presented with cystic swelling in the scalp. The MRI showed that the swellings were multiple non-enhancing cystic lesions in the scalp, which varied in sizes. The findings showed that the cystic swellings are epidermoid cysts. It adds that the most common skin manifestation of Gardner syndrome is epidermoid which occurs in the face, scalp, and extremities at an early age.
