The article presents a study examines Turkey vulture scavenging prey at a broad-winged hawk nest. Topics discussed include sense of smell and eyesight of Turkey Vultures (Cathartes aura) to locate potential prey even within dense forests; local and regional availability of large and small mammals and non-mammals; and the Pennsylvania Game Commission State Wildlife Grant Program.
