- Abstract
The article discusses a study which aims to determine the relative risk of seeking emergency medical treatment (EMT) following consumption of natural cannabis and synthetic cannabinoids (SCs). The study used an online survey of drug use and measured the risk of looking EMT between the use of two substances. Results showed that the risk associated with the use of SCs was 30 times higher compared with cannabis.
