- Abstract
The article reports on the findings of the study conducted to investigate the clinical significance of yes-associated protein (YAP) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) model. The study includes 177 pairs of tumor and adjacent nontumor tissue from HCC patient with definitive clinicopathologic and follow-up data. The result shows that the majority of HCC cases expresses YAP and accumulated mainly in the tumor nucleus.
