- Authors

- Abstract
The article presents a study, which analyzes the immunohistochemical markers in leiomyorsarcoma (LMS), and discusses the differential expression of smooth muscle markers, estrogen receptor (ER), and Wilms tumor-1 protein (WT1). Study shows that the smooth muscle actin has been the most sensitive antibody while myosin is the least, reaching 64%. It is noted that the variable sensitivities can be demonstrated in LMS, having the tendency for anatomic subtypes.
