- Title
Rendering RNA in 3D.

- Abstract
The authors focus on the use of biochemical footprinting, a biochemical method used to identify RNA-protein interaction, data in three-dimensional identification of RNA structures. They state that the hydroxylradical footprinting produced nicks in RNA structure, which can be sequenced by using reverse transcriptase. They also state that the footprinting method helped to determine folding and assembly intermediates of RNA.
