- Abstract
The author discusses some of the difficulties in being the editor of the "Academy of Management Journal." The editor notes that the journal receives a large number of submissions and choosing what gets published is an enormous task itself. The editor also discusses the difficulties associated with obtaining reviewers of articles since this task in done on a volunteer basis. The editor offers his thanks to everyone that helps produce the journal, noting they are the ones who make it valuable.
