- Abstract
The article examines possible mechanisms behind the transition of narrow into wide complex tachycardia with left bundle branch block morphology and varying QRS wave duration based on the case of a 40-year-old man who underwent an electrophysiological study. The medical history of the patient is described. According to the author, the results indicate several probable mechanisms for the narrow QRS tachycardia, including atrial tachycardia (AT) and atrioventricular nodal reentry.
