- Abstract
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection and energy conservation requirements, the recovery and utilization of associated gas in oil fields has been further enhanced. In order to improve the operation efficiency of the associated gas recovery unit, increase the recovery rate of C+3 and reduce the production energy consumption, HYSYS software was used to simulate the correlation between the operating parameters of DHX process, energy consumption and C+3 recovery rate, analyze the performance pattern, and verify the correlation between the simulated data and the field operation data. Through data analysis and field tests, it is concluded that the change of pressure and temperature will have a significant impact on energy consumption and yield of light hydrocarbon recovery system. When the system pressure is 1.8 MPa, the condensing temperature of the low temperature separator is -42 ℃, and the reflux temperature of the reabsorption tower is -58 ℃, the DHX process can achieve the optimal effect in terms of equipment energy consumption and C+3 recovery rate, and can achieve a light hydrocarbon production increase of 233.6 t/a and energy consumption reduction of 7 008 kW·h/a. The research results show that the experiment method that combined software simulation with field test verification can be effectively applied to the research of parameter optimization, energy conservation and reduction in power consumption, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in the light hydrocarbons recovery process. The energy consumption analysis and energy conservation research of DXH process have guiding significance for the production of light hydrocarbons.
