- Abstract
The application of ultrasonic nondestructive testing to plastic concrete impervious core wall is studied. First, three strength grades of plastic concrete are designed. Through orthogonal test, the effects of water consumption per unit volume, water binder ratio, sand ratio, and admixture content on the working performance of plastic concrete are explored, and the final mix proportion is determined. Based on the final mix proportion, prepare concrete specimens and conduct mechanical property test, ultrasonic test and ultrasonic test comparison test. Function fit the obtained strength wave velocity relationship and elastic modulus wave velocity relationship to establish the mechanical property wave velocity curve. The research results show that the fitting curve mainly conforms to the quadratic function and power function forms, and the fitting degree of the 5~7 MPa strength wave velocity curve(quadratic function)and 1~7MPa elastic modulus wave velocity curve(quadratic function)obtained is good, R2 is greater than 0.94.
