- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 48-year-old woman who developed isolated vocal fold neurofibroma. The patient presented with a 5-year history of progressive dysphonia, reflux disease and obesity. A microlaryngoscopy was performed, as well as cold steel excision of the lesion, and reduction of Reinke's edema.
