- Abstract
The article present case study of an eight-day old former full-term male with an abnormal newborn screen for T-cell receptor excision circles (TRECs). Further discusses that the patient diagnosed with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome; concerning of the clinic team that the infant has abnormal facies consistent with a genetic syndrome that could explain his abnormal newborn screen (NBS).
