- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old male with Holt-Oram syndrome undergoing a secundum atrial septal defect and partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage repair. Topics include implantation of an epicardial dual-chamber permanent pacemaker for sinus node dysfunction; and serial pacemaker interrogation revealing episodes of a rapid non-sustained ventricular tachycardia associated with exercise.
