- Abstract
The article discusses the Pennsylvania Supreme Court case City of Erie v. Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, which reflects the need of enhancing Pennsylvania's labor law. It informs that the Collective Bargaining by Policemen and Firemen Act 111 provides collective bargaining rights to policemen and firemen in order to reduce unfair labor practice and effectively balances the rights of employees with the needs of employers. It offers information on some cases including issues of labor law.
