- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old man diagnosed with accidental high-dose methotrexate caused by an electronic prescribing error. Noted is the hospitalization of the patient considering psoriatic plaque pustular eruptions as result of methotrexate toxicity. It recommends clinicians to recognize the evolution of pustular lesions into ulceration in psoriatic patients.
