- Abstract
The article presents a study of a 39-year-old female reporting the development of a single, asymptomatic, erythematous plaque in the upper part of left arm. There is no reported history of trauma, or injection. Examination revealed a large erythematous plaque with well-defined margins, sharply demarcated over the lateral aspect of the left arm the diagnosis of lupus erythematosus profundus (LEP).
