Divisional Court.
- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein the appellant appealed a control order that would require him to relocate to a city in the Midlands, England, in order to disrupt his involvement in terrorism-related activity. The appellant was accused of planning numerous firearms attacks. He argued that the decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department was flawed pursuant to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005.
