- Abstract
The article analyzes the magnetic properties of pure Fe-Al2O3 nanocomposites. Nanocomposites are of great interest both in technological applications and in basic research because of their controllable and unusual properties. The crystalline structure of the nanocomposite was examined by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrometer. In conclusion, our results show that besides the reduction temperature the formation of AlOOH and FeOOH is the key issue for the synthesis of pure Fe-Al2O3 nanocomposite by the sol-gel method. Sol-gel is one way to prepare the ceramic matrix composite, such as ceramic-ceramic and metal-ceramic nanocomposites. The morphology of the nanocomposite is observed through the transmission electron microscope (TEM).
