- Abstract
A method is proposed for the implementation of acoustic monitoring of the state of valves in gas cleaning equipment using a step-by-step model for recognizing acoustic events. In addition, the main features of typical valve malfunctions have been identified and a system for their recognition has been developed. The use of the developed model makes it possible to ameliorate 15% of equipment failures with 5.1% of cases of false-positive predictions.
