- Abstract
The article presents U.S. legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of price competition. In reference to resale price maintenance the Kinsey Distilling Sales Co. v. Foremost Liquor Stores, Inc. and the Johnson and Johnson v. Narragansett Wiping Supply Co. cases are cited among others. In reference to price control the State of Kansas v. Consumers Warehouse Market, Inc. case is cited.
