- Abstract
The decision-making process is recognized as an important and complex area of study for different disciplines, given what it means to understand results and events that have occurred through the selection of intervening factors. The factors attributed and known according to the theory can be decisive for the development of companies by those who decide the future of their organizations and perceive the causes of their development. Justifiably managers or owners of companies, recognize certain issues related to the factors that affect decision making from the choice of an alternative considered optimal and thus respond to the causes that allow them to recognize results from a multidisciplinary approach. And multidimensional. In the present study, the problem of the factors that intervene directly in the decisions made by the companies, particularly in small companies, is addressed, it is distinguished in a brief exercise, the factors that take into account the administrators of some business environments located in the city of Xalapa Veracruz. In this way, special importance is given to the factors that in economic matters contribute to understanding the types of information that managers or owners of small businesses consider, such as those attributed to their development and thus, those that allow them to make decisions.
