- Abstract
Anchor static pressure pile is a common and effective method for foundation reinforcement of high-rise buildings. With the improvement of construction capacity, the pressing force of static bolt-pile can reach more than 500 t. In order to ensure the construction quality, strict management measures must be taken. Taking a 189 m super high-rise building in Guangdong as an example, introduces the application of large-tonnage anchor static pressure pile in the foundation reinforcement of super high-rise buildings. Through the control of anchor quality, pile verticality and dynamic resistance, pile end grouting and other construction technologies, good reinforcement effect has been achieved. The characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity reaches 3500 kN, and the final building settlement is only about 32 mm, which provides a certain reference for similar projects.
