- Title
CHRIST-CENTERED, BIBLE-BASED, AND SECOND-RATE? "RIGHT REASON" AS THE AESTHETIC FOUNDATION OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION.
- Authors
Helseth, Paul Kjoss
- Abstract
The author reflects on right reason as the aesthetic foundation of Christian education. He argues that believing academics are better scholars because their perception of reality is biased by the work of the Spirit and the formative assumptions of the biblical worldview. An overview of the four fundamental assumptions of the biblical worldview is offered including the Creator-creature distinction and the spiritual as appraisers of all things.
