- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 50-year-old woman who has an abnormality in the right breast that detected through screening mammography. With the use gauge core biopsy (CB), a physician found clusters of eosinophilic, periodic acid Schiff-positive spherules surrounded by myoepithelial cells. The authors suggested that physicians should await final diagnosis on histopathology because of the different prognostic implications in overlapping cytological features.
