The article describes the differential and likely diagnosis of a three-year-old female with history of lymphadenopathy, intermittent neutropenia, and splenomegaly. Topics include bone marrow aspirate and biopsy performed on the patient, the patient's screening for various infectious etiologies, and consistency of renal biopsy images with an immune complex-mediated glomerulonephritis.
