- Abstract
The second subtheme, poverty and inequality in high-income countries and the role of law, features two articles. Law and development is traditionally concerned with economic and social development in less-developed countries ("developing countries"), but it has also become relevant to address economic and social progress in high-income countries ("developed countries").
