Dear Editor, Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC) is a malignant appendageal tumor with pilar and eccrine gland differentiation. Pathology of the sweat gland tumor demonstrated an adnexal tumor with syringoid features, differential including syringoma, DTE, and MAC. (f) Sweat gland neoplasm - dominate yellow/white clods gl This case series found the presence of white circular structures that enhance under nonpolarized light in adnexal tumors, including DTE and MAC.
