- Title
Eight Short Films About Architecture.
- Authors
Waldrep, G. C.
- Abstract
The article discusses the depiction of architecture in films. It is considered that a film's architecture is tangent to the movement of structures, bodies and currencies along a commercially predictable set of causeways and labyrinths. It is stated the American automobile is unsurpassed as an element of architecture and time is always a problem when it comes to films and architecture. Within the purview of architecture, the camera can occupy a subjective position relative to the film which refers to such instances as nostalgias.
