- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 60-year-old diabetic on haemodialysis for end-stage renal failure who experienced pain and discharge in both eyes over two days. Topics discussed include cultures from intravitreal pus from his both eyes which were positive for group B Streptococcus (GBS), findings on echocardiography and thoracic computed tomography, and cause of endogenous bacterial endophthalmitis.
