- Abstract
The article presents insights into the Australian High Court case of Roadshow v. iiNet, regarding the evaluation of authorisation liability, which is a kind of secondary liability for copyright infringements found in the Commonwealth Copyright Act 1968. The case included the liability of an internet service provider (ISP) for copyright infringements committed by its customers using peer-to-peer file-sharing technology.
