- Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted to determine the neuronal production of transthyratin (TTR) in human and murine Alzheimer's Disease (AD). The study found that increase in the production of TTR along with an interaction between TTR and β-amyloid or its related peptides may play a role in natural resistance to human AD. It informs that various methods were used for the study including western blotting and statistical analysis. Several graphs related to the study are also presented.
