- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64 -year-old male patient with subacute anterior myocardial infarction. Topics discussed include heparin anticoagulation reversion with protamine, implantation of covered stent (CS), rupture of CS due to calcified atheromatous lesion and pericardial effusion wuithout cardiac tamponade was shown in echocardiographic examination.
