- Abstract
The article presents a case study related to a 35-year-old male patient on whom atrial fibrillation (AF) was conducted with recurrent episodes of paroxysmal AF refractory to antiarrhythmic therapy. Circumferential pulmonary vein isolation of the right top pulmonary vein (PV) was conducted uneventfully by electrical isolation of all of the PVs and in the short- term follow-up the patient was asymptomatic without comlication.
