- Abstract
The article discusses the case of 61-year-old woman who had fusiform Crawford Type IV thoraco-abdominal aneurysm and was treated by endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) which was complicated by iliac artery avulsion. The article details the EVAR procedure, noting the cannulation of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) as well as computed tomography (CT) images showing patency of the SMA and iliac graft.
