- Authors
Bloom, Paul N.; Smith, Jr., William R.; Blackburn, Richard
- Abstract
A mail survey was done of professionals from major architectural, law, and accounting firms to determine what factors seem to explain how much effort they devote to marketing their firms' services. The results of this explanatory study identified several significant explanatory variables, a few of which had effects in some professions and not others. Additional research in this area is recommended.
