- Abstract
The author reflects on the medical issue concerning keratinocytes and langerhans cells (LC) in cutaneous immunity. According to medical studies, dendritic cells (DC) are professional antigen (Ag)-presenting cells (APC) that are specialized in regulating T-cell immunity and tolerance. The LC are one of the most extensively studied DC.
