- Abstract
Amaç: Çalışma uzun süreli silahlı çatışmaların olduğu bölgede yaşayan bireylerde, olaylardan 12 ay sonrasında travmatik stres, anksiyete, depresif belirti sıklığı ve ilişkili risk faktörlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışma kesitsel, ilişki arayıcı tanımlayıcı olarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın örneklemini, uzun süreli silahlı çatışmaların olduğu bölgede yaşayan, çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 331 kişi oluşturdu. Veri toplamada Kişisel Bilgi formu, Travmatik Stres Belirti Ölçeği (TSBÖ), Beck Depresyon Envanteri (BDE) ve Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği (BAÖ) kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde, tanımlayıcı analizler, Mann Whitney U Testi, Kruskal Wallis Testi, çoklu regresyon ve Spearman korelasyon kullanıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan bireylerin %79.2'sinde olası travmatik stres belirtilerinin olduğu, %52'sinde ise travmatik stres belirtilerine eşlik eden depresyon olduğu saptandı. Bireylerin %38.1'inde orta ve yüksek düzeyde depresif belirtilerin var olduğu ve tamamının anksiyete yaşadığı belirlendi. Korelasyon analizi sonucunda TSBÖ ve BDÖ arasında pozitif yüksek, TSBÖ ve BAE arasında ise pozitif orta dereceli, BDÖ ve BAE arasında ise pozitif orta dereceli ilişki saptandı. Bireylerin ekonomik durumlarına göre TSBÖ, BDÖ ve BAE toplam ölçek puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark saptandı. Şimdi ruhsal yardıma ihtiyaç duyma durumuna göre ise TSBÖ, BDÖ ve BAE toplam puan ortalamalarının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Katılımcıların tamamında anksiyete, çoğunluğunda depresif belirti ve yüksek oranda olası travmatik stres görülmektedir.
