- Abstract
The article discusses research which investigated the combined use of indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) and immunoblot (IB) assay in myositis-specific autoantibodies (MSA) detection in patients with idiopathic inflammatory myositis (IIM). Topics explored include the classification and characteristics of IIM, the testing for anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) through IIF administration, and the detection of positive MSA in the IIM group tested.
