- Abstract
The article focuses on the study "Forward-Viewing (FV) Versus Oblique-Viewing Echoendoscopes in the Diagnosis of Upper Gastrointestinal (GI) Subepithelial Lesions With Endoscopic Ultrasound-Guided Fine Needle Aspiration: A Prospective, Randomized, Crossover Study" by Ippei Matsuzaki and colleagues. It compared oblique-viewing echoendoscope (OV-EUS) and forward-viewing echoendoscope (FV-EUS) for its diagnostic accuracy with EUS-guided fine needle aspiration in upper GI subepithelial lesins.
