- Abstract
The article presents the study that investigates the effectiveness of male circumcision (MC) in preventing the incidence of the heterosexual HIV in South Africa, Uganda and Kenya. The topics discussed include the effectiveness of MC in reducing the risks associated with penile and cervical cancer and the provision of MC services in the 14 priority nations of sub-Saharan Africa.
