- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 80-year-old woman, who experienced sudden onset of double vision when looking downward and to the right, preceded by transient headache. The patient had visit-to-visit variability (VVV) in systolic blood pressure (SBP). The neuroimaging examination of the patient revealed intracavernous aneurysm of the left internal carotid artery (ICA). It further reveals identification of acute isolated trochlear nerve palsy.
