- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old woman with an isolated brain metastasis in the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) from the vestibular schwannomas (VS). She is noted to have been presented with a history of left sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) that occurs progressively and a vertigo for weeks. The article discusses the brain metastases and cerebellopontine angle tumours.
