This paper reports the case of a 45-year-old male with dermatosis disseminated to face, anterior and posterior trunk, and the superior third of upper limbs. Dermatosis consisted of numerous oval ulcers, from 1 to 3 cm of diameter, clean bottom, and erythemato-violaceous. Hystopathological findings were: epidermis with ulceration zones and other of irregular acantosis; superficial and reticular dermis with moderately dense infiltrated, with accumulations of polymorphonuclears, lymphocytes, hystiocytes and some giant cells surrounding dilated and congested vessels.
