- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 39-year-old man who was presented to the emergency department complaining about perianal itching and pain and was found to be suffering from non-healing perianal ulcer . Topics include the non-healing perianal ulcer the immunocompetent patient as the presenting sign of a systemic disease, and histological examination of perianal ulcer showed epithelioid granulomas with caseous necrosis and Langhans' type multinucleated giant cells.
