- Title
Quantum mechanics: The usefulness of uselessness.
- Authors
Winter, Andreas
- Abstract
In this article that author provides insights on an article by Almeida regarding the foundations of quantum mechanics. The author contends that the useless John Bell inequalities can offer an understanding into what distinguishes quantum mechanics, which often produce a reaction of wonder, from stranger theories of nature. The author also believes that the existence of useless Bell inequalities could lead physicists closer to understanding what makes quantum correlations to become special cases.
