- Abstract
In order to solve the problems of unclear definition of experimental safety risk scenarios caused by the lack of reliability data of key equipment in laboratory, unable to quantify the experimental safety risk and unclear classification control list, the reliability data of key risk variables characterization differences between laboratory and industrial equipment and common safety protection measures in laboratory are studied. Based on the optimization and improvement of I2SI method, a set of quantitative evaluation method suitable for experimental safety is formed. Four key risk variables characterization models and experimental risk classification equivalent models are established, and applied to the leakage and diffusion wind tunnel experiment of a petrochemical enterprise well site. The results show that there is a large risk in the well site under the existing safety control measures, and the improvement and maintenance of the safety protection measures for the gas distribution unit of the experiment should be strengthened.
