- Abstract
The article presents a study on the use of model parameter estimations to indicate different toxic response characteristics of standard acute toxicity tests with Brachydanio rerio (zebrafish). The study carried out a standard acute toxicity test for each chemicals with B. rerio including ethylacrylate, butenal, and acrylamide. Moreover, the study revealed a potential to indicate chemicals with unknown toxic mode of action.
