- Abstract
The article provides a brief outline of the activities, strategies, and the practical and theoretical intervention in migration struggle by the Noborder, a loose alliance encompassing groups from Germany, Italy, Great Britain, and other European countries. It was created in 1999 as a means of linking various pro-migrant and anti-capitalism protests against restrictive border controls, anti-migrant policies, and deportations. The article also provides a brief information about the alliance, and addresses the cultivation of the Norborder camps as a strategy of political demonstration. An analysis of the border camping by the alliance is offered.
