- Abstract
In this article, the authors discuss a study on the long-term outcomes of multiagent regimens for metastatic colorectal cancer, by Masi and colleagues, published within the issue. The study, which compared the long-term outcomes of FOLFIRI and FOLFOXIRI, found that patients who took FOLFOXIRI have higher progression-free survival and overall survival rates. The authors concluded that FOLFOXIRI regimen is best suited for conversion scenario.
