- Abstract
Furthermore, a health risk assessment highlights the potential adverse effects on human health due to exposure to these hazardous pollutants. By integrating geology and health data, the model provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers to address health challenges associated with geological factors in specific regions, fostering more targeted health interventions and resource allocation. The health risk assessment indicates potential adverse effects on human health due to heavy metal exposure. The findings highlight the severity of mercury pollution in affected areas and emphasize the urgent need for environmental remediation and improved health awareness in the communities to mitigate the health risks posed by mercury exposure.
